Defying the rules of someone else’s game, AMESH SS20 celebrates the resilience of individuality. While adulthood often strips away the vibrant petals of childhood, leaving us to conform, this collection holds fast to those petals—sometimes damaged but ever enduring—embracing romance, intimacy, and vulnerability.

Everything once cherished—prints, patterns, and stories—comes alive through handwoven textiles, artisanal handcrafted knitwear, and hand printing, created in collaboration with Sri Lanka’s local craftspeople. Reclaimed deadstock textiles, once discarded as factory waste, are re-treated for a vibrant second life. 

AMESH reimagines beauty, gender identity, and emotional expression, seeing life as a playful ode to creativity and freedom.
