Returns & Shipping
We are unable to accept returns unless your item is damaged or you received the wrong item.
As per our policy, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for One-of-a-kind, Amesh artisanal and bespoke items made through the Amesh Studios website. All sales are final.
These items are made specifically for each customer and are sold exclusively through the Amesh Studios website. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these items.
Ready – to- wear items are eligible for exchange within 5 days of the customer receiving the order, provided that:
- The item remains unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging and proof of purchase are included.
- The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Amesh Studios reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges
One-of-a-kind items and bespoke made-to-measure orders cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. These purchases are not eligible for store credit.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Amesh Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products before shipping. In the rare event of an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item for which we are responsible, please contact us immediately within 2 days of receiving your order. If a replacement is available, we will offer an exchange or a store credit voucher.

Order Changes & Cancellations Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
Shipping
All Orders Are Shipped Via DHL Express worldwide. We offer free domestic and International shipping. All orders are subject to availability.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7–14 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 – 4 business days.
Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination and may be subject to unforeseen delays such as customs processing or transit disruptions.
Once the item has been dispatched, AMESH Studios is not responsible for any lost or damaged products. No refunds or store credits will be issued for such incidents. If you have not received your order within 2 days after the estimated delivery period, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Free domestic shipping in Sri Lanka with our local courier partner.
International Shipping
- Free worldwide shipping.
- Amesh Studios is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred at the destination.
- All International orders may be subjected to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. Please contact your local customs office for further Information.
- No refunds will be issued if a shipment is abandoned for non payment of custom duties.
