RETURNS & REFUNDS As per our policy we do not accept returns or provide refunds for purchases made through the Amesh Studios website. All sales are final.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued as store credit, valid for one year from the original purchase date. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products before shipping, In the rare event of an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item which we are responsible for, please contact us immediately within 2 days of receiving your order. If a replacement is available, we will offer an exchange.

However, returns are accepted within 7 days from receiving your order, provided that:

      • The item remains unused and in its original condition.

      • All tags are still attached.

      • The item is returned in its original packaging.

    Amesh Studios reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

    SHIPPING:
    All orders are subject to availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details. Orders are processed within 7-14 business days and typically delivered within 14 days. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

    Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka):

        • Free shipping is available for all online orders paid via credit or debit card.

        • Once dispatched, deliveries take approximately 5-7 business days.

      International Shipping:

          • We ship to most major countries, including India, the USA, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, and Hong Kong.

          • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

          • Amesh Studios is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred at the destination.

        PRODUCTS:

            • Product details, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.

            • While we make every effort to display product colours accurately, variations may occur

            • due to different screen settings.

            • Each piece will be slightly varied due to the organic nature of the production style and
              design processes.All imperfections are natural characteristics of the craft.

          1. Do you have a physical store?
            We operate a home studio in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Visits are by appointment only. Please send us an email at [email protected]
          2. How long does it take to process an order?
            Orders typically take 7-14 business days to process. Expedited orders placed before 12 PM EDT are fulfilled the same business day,
            while those placed after 12 PM are processed the following business day. Weekend delivery is unavailable.
          3. How do I initiate a return?
            To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and item details.
          4. What if my package is lost or stolen?
            Amesh Studios is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package goes missing, contact us immediately to file
            a claim with the shipping carrier.
          5. Are international duties and taxes included?
            For orders shipping to countries on our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) list, duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout. For
            DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) destinations, duties and taxes must be paid upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
          6. Can I add a personalised note to a gift order?
            Yes, please contact us to arrange a personalised note.
          7. Do you accept bespoke services?
            Yes, we do. Please email us to discuss custom design options. Product Personalisation may take 3- 6 weeks, depending on design, material
            availability and shipping location.
          8. How do I determine my size?
            Each product page includes detailed measurements. Use a similar silhouette as a guideline to measure, Please refer to these before placing your order.
          9. Do you offer repair services?
            As a conscious craft focused brand, we are happy to provide repair services for items purchased directly from us. Customers are responsible
            for all shipping costs.
          10. How can I track my order?
            Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent.
            Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect accurate delivery estimates.
